Waumba Land – Birth-5 years

Waumba Land is a bright, loving, God-filled place for preschoolers. Our classrooms are designed to share God's love and His Word with babies, toddlers and preschoolers in an age-appropriate, hands-on way. Each week, kids experience practical lessons from the Bible in a multi-media format which includes singing, dancing, jumping, clapping, playing games, doing crafts and hearing Bible stories. Our desire is for your children to learn at a young age that God made them, He loves them, and He wants to be their friend forever. Read More.

Sunday nights 6-7:30 PM in the Lodge
Every Sunday night we give our Middle School and High School students the opportunity to do three things: Have fun in God's house, make great friends and really connect with God. We do this through relevant worship, dramas, videos, crazy games and competitions, small group discussions, and messages that make sense.

Before and after Vertical our students enjoy great food, shoot pool, play basketball, hang out, or challenge their friends at Xbox 360, ultimate frisbee or fooseball. We have an amazing group of committed adult volunteers that help us create a warm, fun and exciting atmosphere. Not only do students develop their own relationship with Jesus, they get to develop relationships with students from other schools. Elevate Tab

Relevant. Passionate. Authentic. Our Elevate Ministry meets twice a month to build each other up, challenge each other and grow in pursuing a relevant and deepening relationship with God. Maybe you're not sure about this whole "church thing", but you're willing to give it a try. Maybe life is great, but you feel like there is something more. Maybe your searc

hing for purpose in life or you just want some genuine friends. Whatever it may be, we invite you to take this journey with us. The atmosphere is relaxed, the message is relevant and the people are authentic. Beyond the regular meeting times Elevate gathers to have fun, and enjoy activities and outreaches.

The Ministries at WOL are designed to help you and your family develop a closer relationship with God, as well as fellowship with other. These exciting ministries cover all age groups and will provide special events and regularly scheduled ministry activities for you to take advantage of as you continue to grow in your daily relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Word of Life has designed ministry areas for all ages. Whether you are a married couple, a college and career single, middle-aged professional, or a "seasoned saint", God has a very valuable purpose and destiny for your life.

Womens Tab

Girlfriends is a place where women can meet and form friendships, find a place to belong and discover significance. We offer opportunities to hang out and have fun through our quarterly Girlfriends Brunch, movie nights, hobbies (scrapbooking, crafts, cooking etc.), and Bible groups to learn how to apply God’s wisdom in our everyday life. Girlfriends is a safe place to invite your neighbor or co-worker and have fun and build relationships with other women.

A healthy, functional marriage. Does that sound like a paradox? For many couples it is. However, at Word of Life we believe that couples can have a healthy, functional marriage when they purposely do marriage God's way. To that end, we offer the Married Life Live (MLL) ministry to our church and community as a means of communicating about the joys of marriage, and strategies for overcoming the challenges.

Our vehicle for helping couples create a working marriage is the Married Life Live ministry, which seeks to build strong marriages that model Christ's relationship to the church, edify both partners, and create strong families as a result. This ministry, which is composed of seasoned married couples, creates environments that allow couples to slow down and rekindle their love for one another. This takes place through frequent movie nights, and quarterly Great Dates, which are catered, sit down dinners featuring entertainment, teaching, and bonding.

Worship is a vital ingredient in the life of the church. We all come together to celebrate what God has done, to remind ourselves of His faithfulness and power, and to pour out our hearts in praise and worship to Him. At Word of Life, our music/worship ministry features high-energy contemporary music in a blend of styles along with heart-felt songs of worship.

Each Sunday, we take the time to come into the presence of God together as we sing and celebrate, preparing our hearts to hear from Him through His word. In our worship services, you’ll hear great music, you’ll see lighting and video elements designed to enhance your worship experience, and you’ll see people lifting their hands to the Lord, kneeling, singing, and just worshiping quietly. We hope your worship experience here deepens your walk with the Lord and refreshes you each week.
